If you arrive to your appointment without cash and have to leave, get it, and be late, you'll also be charged a late fee. NEW CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY AS OF 4/3/2025: - Card on file is now REQUIRED for booking. - Appointments MUST be cancelled 24 hours in advance. - If you cancel within 24 hours of the day (not time) of your appointment, you WILL be charged a $30 inconvenience fee in addition to your non-refundable deposit.
