NEW CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY AS OF 4/3/2025:
- Card on file is now REQUIRED for booking.
- Appointments MUST be cancelled 24 hours in advance.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of the day (not time) of your appointment, you WILL be charged a $25 inconvenience fee in addition to your non-refundable deposit. If you would like to book again after that, you will have to pay a new deposit. The inconvenience fee will be charged for each service you had scheduled for that day.
- If you contact me within 24 hours of your appointment and try to reschedule your appointment, that is considered a cancellation. There could have been another client to occupy that date and time. Please cancel 24 hours before to avoid the $25 fee.
*** If the cancellation is within ONE (1) hour of your appointment or do not show up to your appointment (i.e. you are a no-call/no-show) you will be chargedthe $25 inconvenience fee in addition to your non-refundable deposit. And you will be banned from any and ALL future bookings. ***
- Appointments that are cancelled prior to 24 hours are eligible for rescheduling. Deposit will still be non-refundable. Clients will only be able to reschedule an appointment with prior notice ONE (1) time. Any rescheduling after the first attempt will be voided and require another non-refundable deposit to be made.
- I will implement the practices I've seen other businesses adopt because as a client you should respect my time and talent the same way I respect your time and patronage.
